Banning Landmines
Cleared Ground Demining, an NGO fighting the long lasting consequences of war and the modern danger of landmines gave a talk and an example of the success they've had in achieving their goals - banning Landmines.
James Kearney (UN Association UK): Nuclear Non-Profliferation
The UK's United Nations Assocation Peace & Security Coordinator, James Kearney was giving a talk on the topic of 'Nuclear Non-Proliferation'. One of his key focuses within UNA-UK is leading the project 'Towards Zero' that stands for a 'world without nuclear weapons'
